1. Promotion Period
   The promotion runs from 16 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
   To be eligible for entry into the draw, participants must:
   • Be a new Simpro customer who has not previously held a Simpro account or subscription.
   • Sign up for a minimum 1-year initial term during the Promotion Period.
   • Be a New Zealand resident or other legal entity registered or incorporated in New Zealand, purchasing
   Simpro software through Ideal Electrical.
   • For individuals, be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. For companies or other legal entities,
   the person submitting the entry must be 18 years of age or older and authorised to enter the promotion
   on behalf of that entity.
   Employees of Simpro, Ideal Electrical, Rally Drive NZ, and Superdrive Group, and their immediate families, are
   not eligible to enter.
   
3. How to Enter
   Eligible customers are automatically entered into the prize draw upon executing a qualifying Simpro subscription agreement (minimum 1-year initial term) during the Promotion Period. No separate entry is required. To be attributed to this promotion, entry must be completed via the landing page provided by Ideal Electrical or through the designated Simpro Webinar. Failure to enter through either of these channels may result in the entry
   not being attributed to this campaign or promotion. Webinar attendees who are contacted by Simpro or Ideal Electrical following the Webinar and who confirm a product demo during that follow-up call will still be considered as having entered through this promotion, provided
   all other eligibility criteria are met.
4. The Prize
   The winner will be awarded one (1) experience voucher, chosen from the following two options:
   Option A — Rally Experience by Rally Drive NZ Located at Maramarua Forest, Waikato, New Zealand. The voucher must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue.
   Option B — Ultimate V8 Superdrive by Superdrive Group Located at Euromarque Motorsport Park, Christchurch, New Zealand. The voucher must be redeemed within 36
   months of the date of issue. The winner will be contacted to select their preferred experience. If no preference is communicated within 7 days, Simpro reserves the right to allocate either experience at its discretion. The voucher is valid for one (1) participant only and does not include any additional passengers or guests. Simpro x Ideal Electrical — High Octane Experience Promotion. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
5. Experience Requirements & Participant Conditions
   Both experience options require the participant to hold Manual Transmission driving experience. Participants who do not meet this requirement may be unable to participate in the experience, and no replacement prize will be offered.
   Age Requirement: Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of redeeming the experience
   voucher. Simpro accepts no responsibility for any participant being denied access to an experience due to age, health, or
   any other eligibility criteria set by the experience provider.
6. The Draw
   The prize draw will take place on 1 August 2026. The draw will be conducted by a representative of Simpro and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact details provided at the time of sign-up. If Simpro is unable to make contact with the winner within 7 days of the draw date, the original winning entry will be forfeited and a redraw will take place to select a new winner. This process will be repeated until a winner is successfully contacted. The winner’s name may be published on Simpro’s and Ideal Electrical’s communications channels following the draw, subject to the winner’s consent.
7. General Conditions
   • Simpro reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and may disqualify any entrant who
   provides false or misleading information.
   • Simpro may, at any time and in its sole discretion, cancel, modify, extend, or suspend the promotion if
   circumstances outside its reasonable control affect, or may affect, the proper conduct, fairness, integrity,
   or viability of the promotion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simpro will not be liable for any
   loss, cost, expense, or damage arising from doing so.
   • The prize experiences are supplied by third-party providers, Rally Drive NZ and Superdrive Group, and
   are subject to availability and the applicable terms, conditions, policies, exclusions, and eligibility
   requirements of those providers. Simpro does not operate or control the prize experiences and accepts
   no responsibility or liability for any changes, cancellations, delays, substitutions, restrictions,
   unavailability, pricing changes, location changes, or other acts or omissions of the experience providers,
   except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.
   • Participation in any prize experience is at the participant’s own risk. To the maximum extent permitted
   by law, Simpro excludes all liability for any injury, loss, damage, cost, expense, claim, or liability suffered
   or incurred by any participant arising out of, or in connection with, participation in or use of the prize
   experience, including any acts or omissions of the relevant third-party experience provider.
   • By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
   • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
8. Privacy
   Personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the draw and contacting the winner. Simpro handles all personal information in accordance with its Data Protection Notice, available at this link.
