Electric Vehicle Charge Controller for 30 Charge Pro Stations
This EcoStruxure EV charging Expert is an EV charger controller providing a dynamic load management for Schneider Charge Pro charging stations. It is recommended for condominiums to optimize the impact of consumption of EV charging infrastructure on an electrical installation. The capacity is to control up to 30 EV charging stations, combined in up to 5 electrical zones with 3 zone levels. This capacity can be upgraded via software license. There is also a possibility to use different functionalities for an efficient EV charging infrastructure operation. Time-of-use electricity tariff can be scheduling to limit EV charging when electricity price is high, and to maximize it when it is low. The commissioning, operation of EV chargers and maintenance of the device is done via embedded web server through Ethernet connection via RJ45 port and HTTPS protocol. It can be installed in indoor enclosure mounted on a DIN rail. It’s supplied via external 24Vdc power supply. The IP degree of protection is IP40. The operating temperature is between 0°C and 50°C. The storage temperature is between -20°C and 60°C. The dimensions are (W) 157mm x (H) 150mm x (D) 46mm. The LAN connection network with the EVlink chargers is established through Ethernet connection via RJ45 port and External 8 port switch. It uses OCPP 1.6 Json protocol for communication with EVlink chargers. An external Building Power meter can be also connected in the LAN network. For communication with Charging Point Operator’s (CPOs), Charging Station Management System (CSMS) uses OCPP 1.6 Json protocol via external 4G modem. The EV charger controller has the CE, UK and RMC certification.
