How to connect Ideal Electrical with AroFlo
Follow these simple steps to connect your Ideal Electrical account with AroFlo. You’ll need access to both your AroFlo account and Ideal Electrical web account to complete the setup.

Select Site Administration from the menu under your initials in the top-right corner.

Go to Settings

Search for Catalogue, then select Supplier Catalogues.

Select Ideal Electrical Supplier New Zealand then click Settings in the banner.

Select Integrations from the left-hand menu.

Click on the AroFlo tile

Click Connect

Copy the Username, Password and Ideal Catalogue URL shown in Ideal. Return to AroFlo, replace the auto-filled username and password with these details, then paste in the Ideal Catalogue URL.

Choose whether you want to auto-map items to Inventory or Supplier’s Cost in AroFlo, then click Save.
