We have designed the connection to be as simple as possible to get up and running with purchasing directly from within your AroFlo system. Saving you time for the important things.

How to connect to AroFlo

Follow these simple steps to integrate your AroFlo account with Ideal Electrical Suppliers.

Step 1

Start by logging into your AroFlo account here

Go to Site Administration in the top right corner under your initials

Go to Settings

Search for "Catalogue" and Click on Supplier Catalogues

Select Ideal Electrical Supplier New Zealand and click on Settings in the banner

In a new window, log-in to your Ideal Electrical NZ web account

Go to Integrations in the left hand menu

Click on the AroFlo tile

Click Connect

Copy the Username and Password and replace the auto-filled Username and Password in AroFlo, also paste the Ideal Catalogue URL in AroFlo.

Select if you want to Auto-Map Items to Inventory or Supplier's Cost in AroFlo. Click Save, and you're connected!
