This integration allows you to quickly access accurate pricing and inventory for all of your estimating, quoting and invoicing needs. Instead of manually importing invoices and credits from Ideal Electrical Suppliers, you can now set up automatic syncing to receive them directly in Simpro.

How it works

Follow these simple steps to integrate with Simpro.

Login to the Ideal Electrical website and bring up the Integrations page, then select the Simpro tile.

In the top right of the page, click "Generate Credentials". Copy the Username and Password credentials

Login to Simpro and navigate to Utilities > Import >Supplier Invoices for Invoices or Catalogue for Price file

Paste the copied credentials into the Simpro User ID and Password fields and enter your Ideal Account Number (as shown)

Click the Validate button, and you're connected!
