Philips CorePro LEDtubes are the quick and easy way to replace T8 fluorescent or other LED tubes. There are two ways to install these tubes:Change the existing fluorescent starter to an LED starter so you can continue to use the existing electromagnetic ballast. Or rewire the existing fluorescent based fitting so that the CorePro tubes run directly off the Mains.
